The children fully immersed themselves in learning about all the animals to further enrich their English, Science and Humanities knowledge, the Rainforest and the Classification of Living Things. They had a fabulous day and were extremely lucky with both the weather and the huge number of animals they were able to see. They were particularly impressed with the Komodo Dragon, Jaguar, Tiger and Bears. These animals often hide further back in their enclosures and so are rarely seen up close by visitors. Year 4 all agreed, it was an amazing experience!
